By accessing or using Rovo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Rovo is a lead audit tool operated by Beacon Labs. It connects to your Gmail inbox via Google OAuth with read-only access, uses AI to scan and classify your emails, and generates reports that identify missed customer leads. The service also provides estimated job values based on AI analysis.

• You must have a valid Google account to use Rovo.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs through it.
• You must have the authority to grant read-only access to the Gmail account you connect.

You agree to use Rovo only for its intended purpose — auditing your inbox for missed customer leads. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Access the service through automated means (bots, scrapers) without our written permission

Rovo uses artificial intelligence to classify emails, generate summaries, and estimate job values. These outputs are approximations and should not be treated as definitive business advice.

• Email classifications may not be 100% accurate.
• Estimated job values are rough ballpark figures based on AI analysis, not precise quotes.
• Beacon Labs is not responsible for business decisions made based on AI-generated insights.

Your use of Rovo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We access your Gmail in read-only mode only — we cannot send, delete, or modify your emails.

Rovo, its design, code, and branding are the property of Beacon Labs. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over the content of your emails or the information derived from them.

Rovo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Beacon Labs is not liable for:

• Missed leads or inaccurate email classifications
• Business decisions made based on audit results or estimated values
• Service interruptions, data loss, or errors in processing

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beacon Labs' total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Rovo at our discretion, with or without notice. You may stop using the service at any time and revoke Gmail access through your Google Account Permissions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of Rovo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
